Anybody notice any fraying or knicks with on their primeknit from their rope laces from Rope Lace Supply?

Just checking before I put it on my pair as the laces feel rough.

What size should I get so it doesn't constrict over the arch?

I did read the first page and did some more research and it seems size 10 would be best based on width and my other sizes. But, I am less concerned about the width and more about the tongue which sits above the arch of my foot. UB tongue is padded and Y-3 I think has a thin leather tongue so I am hoping it doesn't feel as constricting?
