I ran into a adidas rep during the opening of a flight/FTA store and asked him about these...he said he wasn't sure but that they looked like a custom...any info on these as well??

Both are samples, not customs, it's possible they'll both come out, but also very possible they won't. Also it's likely that if they do come out there'll be slight differences in the actual released model.

Look, would i pass on SB's for Chalks? NO. But i'd sell the Chalks, and grab 3 pairs of UB's instead, with one of them being Chalks.

I just don't think an all white shoe is comparable to a tan/beige type of shoe. But i understand what you are saying. But i have yet to see anyone jump off the creams wagon because of today. Things were way different when the whites first came out, and then disappeared. "Casual" fans weren't in need of whites like they needed with Creams.

@Casper-Very very good points dude UBs were pretty popular then(when triple whites first dropped) but not even close to the BEAST that they have come to be.


I guess i get sensitive anytime i see anyone proclaim that the creams are wayyy better than SBs cause, IMO, SBs have always been, and will always be, far superior to chalks or any other UB release to date. Cheers @Casper

They did a really good job with the cage on those, but I'm definitely not too upset about striking out on them. Would have been nice to have, but I can live without em.

I've gotten most of my pairs for under retail, part of my justification of paying resale for SBs.

SB is terrible.
SNS and WW are both terribly overrated.

Id take the OG, Core Blacks or hell even the Wools over those collabs anyday. No collab has WOWED me honestly. I do like the HS one but thats cause I like the Wools and Silver colors so much.

Yeah I'm definitely curious to see what they have in store, cause they really haven't been dropping a ton of colorways lately, probably letting the collabs get their shine.
