I wear a  size 9.5 in the all white UB, do these other pairs vary in size?  or am I safe with getting all 9.5's?

Same size as me i have all those minus the CNYs and all are 9.5 with a perfect fit.

Edit: Obviously you'll be a 10.5 in the Women's WW.

Can anyone tell me off the top of your head the length of the stock UB laces?

 
They actually vary. I posted about it a while back when I measured some of mine, varies from like 38"-43"

They vary so much that even the red laces length in CNY is not the same...
