ADIDAS BBall Boost Thread - BYW, Crazy Explosive & Crazy Light & OTHER BBALL ADJACENT SNEAKERS

Curious if those 2.5s fit a little closer to foot or improved lockdown and what not

Damn Adidas.  That would have been the perfect opportunity to put Boost in the forefoot.

Is that the Lillard 2 in the middle?  I thought they were going with Bounce.

Damn yet again!  An upgrade would have been full length Boost.  I don't know Bounce but full length bounce for heel boost and forefoot Adiprene+ doesn't seem like an upgrade.

They really need to hit that mark in the middle.  They got a primeknit shoe with heel boost and a full length boost shoe with no primeknit upper (until the Rose 6 primeknits), but no primeknit shoe with full boost.

^completely agreed.  If I pick up a pair of lillard 2s I have a feeling I will prefer the GR w/ bounce instead

The bounce is nice - not boost nice but way above adiprene nice. And the toebox is supposedly trimmed down and streamlined. Weird that the Lillard 2 is set for January and then the .5 version is all star.

The shoe in the middle is the CL Boost 2015. The one on the left is the CL Boost 2.5. Not many details on it yet

I have the ROY, Home and Away colorways, and now those are freakin gorgeous. Might have to collect all the Wiggins.

With so many releases in the upcoming weeks these will have to be put on the back burner. Might cop down the line though since I see them sitting for awhile

I don't expect them to move fast but don't expect them to sit too long either. Especially when they drop to $100. Eastbay/FTL stock of Home/Away are gone. Aways FSR on ADC. These look better and with clear sole. But yeah too much coming out will have to wait unless sizes start selling out lol

I'm done with these shoes. Around 15-20 indoor hoop sessions and the traction pattern is done. Great try Adidas, but this time it wasn't enough for a true winner. The rubber on the outsole is way too soft.

How many games was that roughly?

I've played about 35 games in mine and they're holding up okay.  Break that down into maybe 5-6 games per session and that's like 6 sessions so far.

Those Xmas'

It'd be clutch if Adidas puts up the new Wiggins PE since they got a f&f 30% off thing going on(code FRIENDS valid 12-11 to 12-13)

About 15-20 sessions, 1-2 hours each. I have the launch volt colorway.

That seems to be the biggest flaw with these shoes along with the lack of forefoot cushioning.

I'm starting to see some wear where my heels strike the ground.  Just from indoor balling so that's unusual.  I would think these would get destroyed just from one outdoor session.

I grabbed the iridescent d rose with the 30% friends and family promo, plus free two/three day shipping. Expecting great things from this shoe

Why hasn't Adidas put out a version of these with boost in the forefoot? It's almost like they like being second to Nike...Nike just dropped a dud with the Kobe 11 and the only thing it has going for them is it has full length lunar cushioning. From a performance stand point adidas should at least try and max the forefoot cushioning
