I would hope he knows that . Anything he doesn't know she hopefully told her parents or basic info should be able to found online to a certain degree
She should've told him what base and what unit she's in.

Navy Basic Training is at Great Lakes Naval Training Station in Illinois, near Chicago. I googled the address, and it says its 3355 Illinois Street. Great Lakes, IL, 60088.

I had the same problem when trying to figure out how to send letters to my Bf.
He's in the Army, but I went to the website of his Army base, and they gave me all the info on how to properly address a letter.
Do you know which base she is at? Look up their website, and look around under family and/or graduation and you'll find something about sending mail.
