I drove a Silverado around Valentine weekend. That thing is a beast, I was shocked at how much command I had over the road. I could never own one, because I would get so many tickets.

Glad you got a truck man, even though i wouldn't trade it for my F-150
your going to love the truck man, get a 6 inch lift and some sort of defensive bar infront with some nice and you'll be turning heads
