Paying resell for everything is no different than celebrities with shoes. It’s not even cool. You just trying to buy ur way into a culture.

Like a lot of you in here still no shipping yet from AMM but not even sweating it. Took some L’s from SNKRS and Kith yesterday so gonna wait for a price drop when everyone get them in hand to make my move. Working that overtime this holiday season so I have no life but gonna have my shoes to make my efforts worth it. Happy Thanksgiving everybody and enjoy time with friends and family!

Horrible take. I don’t even pay resale like that but that’s not buying into the culture. Some people value their time doing something productive instead of waiting behind a screen to get an alert from a discord group or Twitter link or wait 12hrs overnight in a line with a bunch of teens/young adults for the chance to get a pair of shoes that they might not even have when it’s your turn. I don’t knock people for paying resale. Then you have the collectors who collect that limited stuff that have no choice but to pay resale for some stuff very few people have. They put the work in to track the item down when very few exists. Are they buying into the culture too ?

Ended up grabbing a size 12 A Ma Maniere locally for $400. Basically $157 over retail. I'll take it, especially since I sold a Galaxy Watch5 for like $300 yesterday.

He just uses eBay preorders and call them a plug because it’s easy to understand. He couldn’t grasp the concept of stockX and other resell platforms until we taught it to him last year.
