I know a lot of you are gonna say that it's not gonna work out. Blah, blah it's not worth it.

I was in a long distance relationship for a year and now we're married.

It's definitely really hard but if you have an open line of communication and you talk a lot, it can definitely work.

I feel like it all depends on how mature your relationship is before you part ways, how well you know eachother, your level of trust, and whether she let you smash on the first date. If she did, don't do it

I was in a long distance relationship for a year and now we're married.

Was away from my girl for about 7 months for work (She was in NY, I was in LA.) It was was tough but we got through it. I've been home for a month. I'm about to go back to LA for at least 6 months.

I'm not stressing about it. If you guys really care about each other you can do it.

it can work. I am in one with my girl and I'm 5 hours away, can't see each other. Next time I do is March 5th.
We text a ton, and send emails. Phone at night. It all depends on how your relationship is.

it can work, make sure the foundation of your relationship is built on trust and security.  this is coming from a guy who is still with his girlfriend of almost 8 years, one of those years being long distance.  good luck.

That seems jus' about right....
