He isn't retired per say PO; JR does Raw with Cole and King, but for some inexplicable reason he doesn't do commentary on PPVs.

The two had a pretty good match, nothing special, certainly nothing to steal the show or really make either guy stand out.
Dibiase ripped off Rhodes' mask. He tried to use it as a weapon, but Rhodes ducked and rolled up Dibiase for the win to retain the Intercontinental Title.
