1) read books
---In order to do this regularly for non regular readers simply make a serious effort to read TEN MINS a day. If you find that you're enjoying it after ten mins, don't stop. Eventually your reading comp will increase for faster reading and your ability to speak will skyrocket.
2) eat healthy
---- can't stress this enough. I even choose female companions based on their standard of diet. The short/intermediate/long term effects are incredible
3) lift weights
---- again, cant stress this enough. Just put your body under stress a few times a week. especially if you are a cubical warrior
4) set goals
--- short term, long term, etc. Just set goals and see how you do. financial, family, relationships, anything.
5) have as much sex as possible without compromising your health or the health of others
