2026 NFL Draft Thread

Don’t blame him. Stupid, wasted pick selecting a QB when the team had other needs and with Lemon still on the board.

Somehow hoping they selected Simpson to trade him for someone or something else today or soon. Absurd.

I just assumed rams were going lemon as puka insurance

Or sadiq

Or Bain

There were so many reports that the Rams were gonna take simpson in the first round, and people just kept ignoring
them :lol

This is when I knew it was most likely gonna happen. Louis is pretty plugged in with the Rams and he called it in February.

Good job, Sean. Please keep this flirtatious woman away from my head coach. We don't need those Russini files

Don't think I've ever been this excited about the Ravens taking an offensive lineman

Falafel has legit scarred me for life.

It was a pretty badly kept secret. As much as they tried to smokescreen. The pick may end up being bad like everyone is saying (i don't think so), but it really shouldn't be shocking.

If they fully believe in him for actual football reasons, not just cronyism, it's not a bad pick. They aren't going to be bad enough to get one of the top QBs in next year's draft, or the one after.

Orlovsky named multiple situations where teams drafted their future guy when they had someone solid already in place (Mahomes, Lamar, Love, etc).

Just sucks that the pick doesn't help them in the now.

If McVay isn't truly/fully invested in Simpson, then there's zero chance of it working.

If the owner pushed that, and McVay feels slighted over it, that leads to divorce.

Now, if McVay IS in on Simpson, then he's got a shot.
