Congrats Dodgers. Blue Jays had ample opportunities to put the game away and didn’t capitalize. A simple sac fly woulda ended it but wanting to hit a hero HR did them in.

Im not hearing any of this. Even if that was the message he was given, to be as close to the base with a lack of a good secondary is unacceptable.
No, you dont want to get doubled up in that situation. But the rule of thumb is the runner can get off as far as the fielder is. Even if you want to be a few feet short of that (which is ultra conservative), IKF would have been 4 feet closer to the base than Muncy.
