It was rumored for a while but wasn't sure how real it was.
There was this bug luxury housing project, and Ohtani was brought in a couple years ago as the face of it. He was in the marketing materials and all the pitches. The guys who actually spent over a decade putting the deal together are saying once Ohtani and his agent got involved, they started making crazy demands, and when they didn’t get their way, they basically told the developer to kick the original people out. Now those guys are suing.
We'll see how it turns out tho. Ohtani is already using the "I didn't know anything. My agent handles all that." Excuse.
