I mean MLB is spot on about the minimal coverage. ESPN been a joke for years now.
I’m still tight the NBA is going to be leaving TNT. I wish their contract would had been over with ESPN instead.

Most of their fans would respond with "tradition, professionalism, etc" and be fine with it.
Now those same people are saying "finally!"
I think they're just riding with whatever decision the team makes.
It was a very weird policy though.
