Remember when he used to go by Mike Stanton? Then the Marlins tried to make their whole roster Latino and even hired Ozzie Guillen to manage them and poof! All of a sudden Mike Stanton became Giancarlo Cruz Michael Stanton.

I’ve been rooting for the Yankees because of Stanton and Jazz. Also because of their south florida natives Nestor, Rodon, and Rizzo.

You're absolutely right. Just look at Aaron Boone—he's still benefiting from the Yankees after all these years because of his legendary home run. I honestly think he should have been let go last year.
