DJ been a disappointment but it’s really the entire lineup. Too many games we’ve gone 6-7 innings and only have one hit. Pitching and the bullpen somehow kept us afloat but the season is done. Not catching Bal and TB.

if we can hold it down till Nestor, Judge come back. get Stanton , DJ and Volpe a couple of ironing boards to swing to cut down the strikeouts. maybe a different fertilizer in the outfield and switch dugouts to the visiting side we should be fine ......

I’ve been saying they need to trade him. They could reset their farm system. But this is Arte we’re talking about. He’s probably going to want to make as much money as possible off of Ohtani before he leaves.

Wouldn’t put it past him to hold on to Ohtani, makes as much money off of him as possible, let him walk for nothing, and then sell the team to avoid backlash and profit more. Would be the Arte thing to do.

I always enjoyed sitting alongside home team side or the bleachers. But the Giants are in DC, so in this case, visitors dugout. I want to think the seats are really cheap.
