yea but "used for intended use." My wife had a prescription. and used it anytime she felt it was needed. She really didn't need it, and for those individuals who didn't it messes with mood swings and behavior. I made her quit cold turkey. But yes it's labeled a controlled substance. when picking it up you're ID'ed and entered into their system and have to signed off.
