phillies BP stinks. Literally only guys i have faith in are 2 players - Strahm and Alvarado the rest are straight cheeks
but MLB is a joke with the umps (not that it mattered - casty still went to 2nd on a walk)
but how they gonna negate a called balk WHEN THEY CALLED it in the first place ? it was his 3rd disengagement - i dont care if he was hurt make a call to the dugout than
a balk is a balk
again it didnt matter but this is just horrible

The fundamental art of a sac fly……
2 things:
1. Hitting a pop up isn’t a skill that’s practiced, nor labeled as “a fundamental”.
2. You’re ignoring how hard of a skill hitting, especially at that level, actually is if you think they’re switching up their swing to lift, while recognizing the pitch, location, etc.
