If they don't pay Devers they'll alienate more of the fan base. People still pressed about trading Mookie.
Bogaerts I don't think there's as much attachment, but they should still pay him.
But ownership brought in Bloom to turn the Red Sox into the Devil Rays so who knows what they do.

Do y’all have anyone to replace Bogearts if he leaves? Kind of seems like he’s a staple in that lineup for years now. Unless the plan was to shift Story but wouldn’t that be a step backwards?

I have no idea outside of Story and Jeter Downs. Just looked real quick and free agent 2B is pretty grim. But they've had Bobby Dalbec and Franchy at 1B for two seasons so it wouldn't surprise me if they cheaped out and just kept Arroyo as a placeholder.
