2025 NBA Draft Thread

Interesting

A few of these are off a lil (2010 was Barnes & 2011 was AD, 2015 Simmons)….but evaluations on some of these #1 picks have been straight misses. Big time.

The 2012 recruiting class might be one of the worst overall tho, and if played that way almost immediately.

Dylan Harper #1 pick. I’ve seen enough

Yep he announced it on stream - hope y’all get a chance to see Alijah, been telling y’all for years!

Hope he heads to the desert

Like it’s clear as day.
Have seen him in-person a couple times now. Think he’s definitely more like a 6’9”. Can’t really jump but has great instincts. Announcers have been calling him baby-Jok when he gets to operate from the foul line and either find the cutter or get his own.

He hit a couple 3s yesterday too.

Sengun-ish doesn’t seem unreasonable. When you see what he’s able to do in the league, I do think it helps you get over the physical/athletic limitations that Queen has.

If he’s 6’9” with a 6’11”/7 foot wingspan, he’s going to be fine. I think he has more on the perimeter than Sengun but I think he too measured at 6’9”. Just need to see if Queen can somewhat defend on the perimeter.

They saying its a BYU lock. I would love UNC for him from a brand perspective, but from a basketball perspective I think Alabama is the right choice.
