Don’t ever watch pre-shows whether it’s wrestling or not on them. Main show is long enough as it is and usually have other stuff to do.

WWE pushing Michael Cole as the GOAT announcer lately He’s definitely better than he was under Vince, but he still doesn’t come close to prime JR. He made stars and moments with his commentary. Cole has never done that

Report: Ben Affleck Eyeing Playing Hulk Hogan In ‘Killing Gawker’ Movie
Ben Affleck reportedly has his sights set on playing Hulk Hogan. Mike Johnson of PWInsider reports that a screenplay based on the Hulk Hogan versus Gawker court case has been picking up steam in Hollywood, and it is set to move forward. If true, this would be so dumb and inaccurate because Affleck doesn't resemble Hogan at all. It was already bad enough he was in that "Air" movie portraying Nike CEO Phil Knight because he still didn't look like him after putting on a bootleg wig.

JR had so many classic calls for big time moments in the old WWF/E days that really added to IT.
Can't memba a single one with Cole off the top of my head tbh.
He's solid though especially now with Vince not screaming in his ear incessantly to spam words or phrases.
Can't imagine the type of torture that was. Mick and Renee complained and cited that as the main reason they quit commentary.

Fans would be like “look at Tony, he cares about the fans AND wrestlers. If im wrestling at the local YMCA, i definitely want to go to AEW!”.
Then San Jose Chè would get into arguments on X defending it.
