2024 NIKE SB DUNK THREAD_____GRs and QSs added

Never ever ever lining up for shoes again... 14 pairs at my spot and about 50 people, all of us just had to bum rush the door at 6am and guy just picked a random 14 that weren’t necessarily even the first ones, oh well lesson learned.

:lol::lol: Not my video btw

Lmao I’m in the bottom right lifting someone’s arm above me.. according to the guy running the thing he was told by the owner to do this. Just line up on the curb at 6 and let everyone have at it

Let me guess most of them are flippers,
Unfortunately.. you can tell some of these guys do this for a living so it’s hard to compete with them. I would bet 90% of the 14 picked have never shopped at westside or are into SBS. This is the very same shop I walked into back in the day and got the OG diamonds in my size like an hour after opening, how times change :frown:

17 pairs in total in my state. 7 locals got to cop, the rest were copped by out of staters. Dudes traveled 5 hours to camp from 7pm to 11am this morning. The hype was real.

5 hours each way x 2 ways = 10 hours, figure average 60mph that's 600 miles round trip; assuming 25mpg you're looking at 24 gallons of gas for the trip, gas in my area is around $2.60 right now, so that's $62 on gas, plus 10 hours in the car, plus 16 hours in line...pairs are going for around $360 on StockX, which is ~$310 after fees. Accounting for 7% sales tax, that means they paid $187 for their pair, plus the $62 in gas, for a total of $250...plus the 26 hours in time...to either make $60 profit, or save $100 on resale price

but I digress
