the insoles are definitely off from normal dunk insoles. 

maybe they just had some generic insoles made for the teaser pics... idk

that's about the only other thing i can think of, apart from not being a dunk

I foresee bad things happening to those toe boxes after roughly...the first step you take in them. Cork isn't known for its malleability.

But they would obviously test a shoe before sending into full production. You don't hear horror stories about the Lebron X's do you? I never have...
