Not totally sure, but I've seen DS in sizes ranging from 8-13 in about the $150-175 range. Haven't seen any size 10s in my quick glances though.

Tape Box era was very underrated as a whole...Black Rains, Civilists, Levi's, Birch highs (in addition to what's already been mentioned).
