im a 9.5US TTS but sizing to 10US on my J1 and SB High

Man, I'm still on the hunt for a pair of the CNY. I passed up a chance to cop one that was .5 size up earlier this year. Now I'm not finding anything close to my size at all. 

I went half a size up for a good deal and it doesn't wear to bad at all. Good luck finding yours.
