The mismatching mid panels? Every shoe is different so you could get a shoe with all light gray mid panels or all dark gray mid panels or Mis matched like you see in the pic I posted. These aren't supposed to be a tribute to the wall of china btw, its a reference to the narrow alleys in Chinese Hutong. The swoosh and tongue tab are a tribute to the forbidden city which is located in beijing

I passed on the QS because I have the SOMP which is for me, they are the same

The .25s make me happy I wasn't able to get SOMPs because I probably wouldn't want to drop $100 on the same colorway.

Spent an arm and leg for the SOMP's like 220 USD Fliestkicks > NY > Dubai UAE
If I had known that the QS colorway are dropping, I could have hold and waited for QS rather than spending it on the SOMPS
but I purchased it already before the news of the QS colorway are dropping
anyway no regrets I like the SOMP
But again if I were to buy it now, and I don't have the SOMP, I would automatically get the QS because of the price difference and save some

Eh while the color blocking (black suede/nubuck and gum bottom) are the same I've got a bias towards reflective/metallic swooshes so that's where the SOMP's win it for me. I like the minor hints of the 3M and 25¢ logo on the quartersnacks though. Minor differences but enough that warrants both for me haha.
