1.) She brings up a good point, but I don't think it's degrading. I've seen avatars on this forum more degrading. At the end of the day, power to the female body. As for being taken seriously, I think the same applies to everyone regardless of gender or age. If as a sneaker enthusiast you know what you're talking about, then it doesn't matter how you share your passion. People should also realize that lists like this: http://www.complex.com/sneakers/2013/07/50-female-sneakerheads-to-follow-on-instagram/ should be taken with a grain of salt.

1) First off, I strongly dislike the use of the term "females" especially by women. Why not just say women? No one is running around calling guys the males of the species. It just sounds like you're constantly around dudes and you're the type of girl who says "I'm not like other girls". My eyes threaten to roll out of my head every time I hear it.

As for her point-- while I personally do not feel the need to show off my body with my sneaker pictures, that's my prerogative. Others feel differently and they feel confident enough to do that and that's their thing. It is their instagram, blog, etc, after all. So what if someone is “thirsty” for likes or attention. You don’t have to give them your time. But to say that's the sole reason for respect being granted or withheld is ridiculous. What a woman wears or doesn't wear isn't the key to respect. You should respect someone else because they are human being. And you should respect a fellow sneakerhead based on this shared interest.

3) I’ve learned a lot more nicknames than I knew before.

4a.) Dunk high based off a ‘67 Shelby Mustang Cobra.  Could simply be called Shelby Mustangs.

4b) Nickname Eleanor from the car’s most famous Gone in 60 Seconds appearance. I’ve always preferred the car in cobalt but to keep the tie-in, the colors would need to be a metallic silver and black stripe.  Throw some 3m in there because I’m a fanatic for shiny objects. That’s about all I got right now.

4d) Typical quickstrike. Get there early but don’t camp for days lol.

I think a classy british car like that should be represented with a little forest green patten leather, or a laser engraved design on forest green leather. I'd be happy with either way.

Tongue will be that yellow, off lemon kind of, paler if you will.

Laces would be a pale easter green.

White outer with a gum sole.

Swoosh a dirty brown to match the gum sole, or chromed out haven't decided yet.
