2024 NIKE SB DUNK THREAD_____GRs and QSs added

Custom fees depend on the carrier, some send you a letter after delivery, some won't deliver until after you've paid the fees. We're really lucky that these shops/senders label things as gifts since they're basically playing Russian roulette with customs enforcement.

And that $30 that's just postage. I did a friend a favor and sourced the Black/3M snakes and shipped them to the UK, with Priority Mail International it ended up being 68 and change, had I sent it Global Express Guaranteed it'd have cost me double that.

I CAN FINALLY STOP HATING ON OTHERS. NOW IT'S YOUR TURN TO HATE ON ME (I doubt ya'll will but you know what I mean

How are they random there is blue on the shoe and they came with the concepts pack

Enh, if the blue laces didnt = limited edition, I doubt many would lace swap.

A blue tag, whatever the lil piece on the back is called, and the under flaps isnt enough to suggest blue laces to me

Been out the box 10 minutes already on feet. The royal blue looks awesome on these and I was worried only the blue suede would be great quality but Nike used good suede on the black and nice leather as well. Very satisfied here! Please excuse my fuzzy legs.lol

Congratulations!
Nice Pix!
If you own the T-19 Dunk Highs, the Royal Blue Laces match the Concepts Laces perfectly.

Yes - the sender takes a risk by marking as a gift. You also get screwed if anything happens to the package and it was marked as gift. It's all a question of risk-reward.

In addition to different carriers approaching collection of fees differently, there are different import and customs policies with different countries. Imports from some counties are much more likely to be inspected than others. Basically, I've yet to meet anybody who isn't an importer/exporter who fully understands how it all works. But, essentially, it's all a game of Russian roulette. Make enough large orders from international outlets, you're going to get banged at some point. In my experience, European imports are more likely to trigger customs than Asian imports, at least talking shoes. But, that's essentially anecdotal.

I thought you had on Wool Socks!

I kid!

Being such a small size I don't think my blue laces would help you out they must be different lengths?

Bonus
400

From two days ago before a woman at Ikea ran them over with her cart not sure what I'm going to do about it

Thanks for the insight.. gonna have to think twice before I order from overseas.

Yes, this is why if you are buying a large amount of goods overseas you hire an agent (who probably doesn't even know what's going on just knows who to talk to and what paperwork needs to be done)

That said, I don't want to scare you away.

I've made an obscene amount of purchases from outside the US throughout my years in this hobby, and overall, I've very rarely incurred customs fees. KNOCK ON WOOD. If you're able to get deals consistently, it's worth it if you have to eat a few bucks every once in a while.

That's true. I recently doubled up on Shadow 1s for $180 shipped from EU. I figured even if I eat customs - still a good chance I'm below market value, so it's worth the risk. @mints horror story with $68 scared me though haha. KNOCK ON WOOD for both of us brotha.
