LEGIT CHECK: Looking at a pair of Venoms on ebay. Did these shoes ever get released in the brown w black box?
It's going to be a sad day when they stop making them. The Venoms have gone from Gold to Blue to Brown and I expect to see them in a Turquoise box at some point soon too. To answer your question, it's been a staple of the Nike SB offerings for 5 years now. The old ones have the original tooling, the ones in the brown box have the new style sole.

I should take everything out and take pictures of it, I went from having only my "lucky" shirts to buying jerseys and filling up a closet with just stuff for game day wear. While everyone knows about M&N throwbacks, if you're into college sports or old school minor league baseball check out tiedmanandformby.com and ebbets.com, both of them make a quality product at a price that's much better than M&N, they also make all of their stuff in the USA and in T&F's case have gone in to purchase a plant that was about to shut down, just to keep a source for durene.

Whatever you do don't pay over box price for it, you should be able to get it for about 69 since it's a staple product that hasn't gone out of production.

just like all of my fitteds and regular jerseys, only teams I support. I really don't even do the matching thing anymore with the hats lol. Jerseys I'm a little more partial to matching, but still not a stickler. Worst case scenario I wear cement 3s/4s or grey and black dunks that I have. Grey looks good with almost everything.

I'm pretty much in the same boat. I have a ridiculous amount of game day wear. Almost a comical amount. Most of my stuff is SF Giants jerseys from the 80s, 90s and early 2000's. I also get a lot of custom stuff done by ExclusivePro.
