Was the first white-black high made in 1999? (In this same Panda blocking)

I couldn’t say for sure I didn’t really get into sneakers till around 2004, just to me seems there were plenty of black/white (and other basic) cws of normal dunks and sb’s and then once they blew up the normal cws became the hard ones to find, I’ve wanted the grip tape mids for ages but now days the price is too high when the chance comes around, I guess to me it seems like 2000-2010 you could find your basic colorways in dunks and sb’s and your quickstrikes/special editions would come here and there, now it seems they make a lot more qs and special editions and the basics are a rarity
I too think of these Highs when I think of Panda Dunks. Black and white alone isn't synonymous with panda to me, though in current sneaker culture, people want to call anything black and white "panda."
