I think it depends on the organization. Some teams give rings to players that were on the roster at any time during the season.

What’s really messed up is that the Yanks have been losing close games. They’ve been pitching LA pretty well, definitely better than the Mets. But that pitching is being wasted with poor offense.

And it was a bang bang play. The Yankees werent hitting. It was absolutely worth the chance that the throw was offline a little bit or Smith mishandles the ball.
