Dont try to jump on the Halo bandwagon now.... Everyone wanted Shohei traded. Especially the wack *** media. Perry been making moves all year... All out young guys are playing well so if that keeps up it gives you 3-5 years to build the farm back up. Neto MoniackOhoppe and even Cabbage starting to play well. No one criticizes the Dodgers every year when they trade away farm guys to get better. You gotta strike eventually. Now or never and its been never for the past few years.

Cubs don't suck. We aren't great by any means but we're decent . About to win our sixth in a row. A week or two ago I was all in to trade at least Bellinger and Stroman. However....Stroman hasn't been very good in his last 6 starts so not sure what the market for him is now. Bellinger is the best hitter available. Do the Cubs give up on the season, and trade Bellinger, when they've gotten to .500 for the first time in months???? Or do you keep Bellinger, risk losing him for nothing after the season, and add on to maybe make the playoffs and try for it this season??

Okay. I respect that. Not as bad as I thought.

Just looking at the standings 4.0 GB from the Wild Card.

Important weekend then. Trade deadline approaching. Everyone has their eyes on Stroman and Bellinger.

Dodgers just need an innings-eater for the rotation, so Lynn does that for now. Pen has been horrid at times, so I'm pumped to have Joe back. Pitching has been horrible for LA this season.
