They want the revenue from the real estate, I believe its going to privately funded by the owner, they just want to have the taxpayers pay for a portion of the infrastructure updates, as that area is pretty tight as far as usable space goes. The city is already ready to sell its share of the coliseum property to the owner of the team after some legal bs, but its seeming more and more legit. Theyre planning on giving Oakland two huge redeveloped areas, if Oakland itself can afford to help. Which it cant, smh.In all honesty, do they deserve a new stadium? I know that place is a dump, but they wanna invest all that money into a new stadium that will only get filled 10% on a regular basis and ownership that is the top 3 lowest salaries in baseball every year?
Because he can smash offensively and will get a passHow can tatis be so trash defensively.
