2023 MLB Thread; Say Hey, everybody: Rest In Power, Willie

Machado the anti clutch strikes again

Had great seats tonight but still prefer the view and experience from right field over these

You see mr j 858 mr j 858 there or is he still in hibernation? 🤔 Maybe we’ll see him again next FanFest 🧐

the view through the netting looks awful, maybe its just the angle

Yeah def didn’t love that part, as minimal as they make it. Also just watching the game and seeing balls come off the bat is never as good as it from more of the fielders view. Maybe cause you’re used to that from growing up playing. Directly behind home is probably dope though

Shut me up. Guess they knew exactly what to tweak. He's good Lance Lynn every time out instead of 1 great start followed by 3 terrible.

Still pessimistic tho.
Doubt it’s much pitch design this soon, but maybe sequence strategy and just better batter scouting to help him prep? Lynn has flashed good stuff earlier this season, but some teams like the Dodgers just know how to best utilize it. Houston, Tampa and Seattle are similar.

Pads getting CY Candidate Blake Snell where all he does is give you a Quality Start every time out, and they can't even get him to the Playoffs?
Gods are cruel sometimes.

Ehh it’s really not that serious lol. Guys just want to get their laughs in.
It's definitely not on Judge, but someone at Jordan Brand really thought that was the right picture to use. The picture that is only iconic because of all the rings, someone in that room should've realized optics. Just not great marketing if they don't understand the meta of it.
