I feel you but there's a few exceptions for me especially in latino cuisines. This how I feel bout most green stuff…Guac, Salsa Verde, the green sauces in Indian/Ethiopian/Mediterranean food, can’t do it
Good thing I’m actually working and avoided this glizzy speak and canned meat shenanigans

First thing I ever learned how to "cook" was frying up them slices on saturday mornings to eat with my cartoons
Haven't had one in years though, I've come a long way from eating fried bologna sandwiches, no offense
Medium. . they can't cook a medium-rare right. otherwise, I would have preferred medium-rare.Medium with a a side of frites n A1/hot sauce mix to dip
Seafood boils had ATL in a frenzy from like 2018-2020, ppl was acting like it was a new discovery n restaurants poppin up everywhere just specific to this overnight

Every time I brought up Tri Tip when I lived out there nobody knew what I was talking about. At BBQ spots they had everything except Tri Tip
Does this sound familiar? It was like brisket, ribs, pulled pork, turkey, sausage etc. and sometimes I'd get weird looks like "wtf is tri tip?" from friends and coworkers
I still wonder about that to this day
We're on opposite sides with mostly the same reasoning so I feel youOne tastes good, the other tastes terrible. Lets not make it a whole thing

It's funny how I feel about corned beef but I just had hot dogs less than 24 hours ago
With a little ketchup
My mom, while not named Karen, absolutely loves mayo. Her favorite condiment by far. She also doesn't like anything spicy. My dad's spice taste is limited to liking a few shakes of Tobasco on certain things.I bet Karens just love slathering their raccoon meat and bologna sandos in mayo
that's a well done. so dry. We're on opposite sides with mostly the same reasoning so I feel you

Yeah they ALL were like "oh, you from LA... we don't know that stuff"BBQ culture is regional religions. Tri Tip is more known from it's Cali roots so I'm not surprised it is not mentioned in Texas like that
