This Embiid situation is pretty ****** for purposes of the series being competitive. Figure he’s missing at least the first two games and if he comes back he has two different injuries that will probably impact his play.

But sadly major stars dealing with injuries has just been how the NBA playoffs works since 2019 (*except the bubble).

I was looking forward to seeing him finally play meaningful games in year 7 and he completely wet the bed. That Clips game was a nightmare. Good job playing Steven Adams off the floor but they were guarding with him with Brooks & Slow Mo for several possessions without consequence.

I’m out on him. He can average 30 & 10 in the reg season next year and I wouldn’t give a ****
