I seen this coming a mile away. Last year I said if the The Nets don't win this upcoming chip it's a wrap. They gave KD and Kyrie everything they wanted. Puppet at head coach, traded everything for Harden, a washed DeAndre Jordan, etc. Them 2 are the main reasons why there's dysfunction. I'm all for player empowerment but some of these dudes can't handle that much responsibility.

Almost none of them can... You can find a balance organizationally between player empowerment/input and having the guts to draw a line and say no.
