tbh, if i was the eagles, after the cowboys didn't call a timeout with a minute, i would've gone for it on 4th and 5 at the 50. feel like the risk-reward there is worth it to give some morale boost. if they don't get it and hold to a fg, still a two possession game with the ball first. but alas, they can still make it a game.
