I dont think that non-TD was as clear cut as everyone makes it seem. He was carrying that ball at his hip, but his head and torso made it appear an obvious TD. Forward progress was done before he reached over. I agree with the broadcast that the overhead angle made it seem like a TD, but it was still at an angle and not directly overhead to know for sure.
