"I actually watch tons of film. An overload of film. I will probably blame [PR director] Nelson [Luis] over there. He asked me eight times to go on the show. I told him, 'It's not a good idea.' They always get me in that type of silly atmosphere, and that's what happened," Gronkowski said, joking. "Now Coach [Bruce Arians] threatened me. I don't get my vet day anymore."

The NFL needed to do something about Big Pred but Michael doesn't want to talk about that.

Coaches crying about taunting is disgusting. We’ve seen TWO ****in incidents in the last 10 seasons. Odell and Norman which went on for like a half, refs could have easily handled that and they didn’t. Then the helmet whooping by Garrett which he deserved and no one got hurt.

LET GROWN MEN PLAY THEIR GAME. I hope players keep taunting and keep getting flagged to **** over these dumbass coaches. Black and Puerto Rican coaches crying about this **** of all coaches too, ****

Was there an actual reason yall let him go?

Not even asking because of last week's debacle, I've wondered many times.

Dude's has been rock solid and clutch for us.

Looking back, it was terrible.

Carlson had a shaky preseason, and missed from 48,49, and 35 in Green Bay, Week 2 in 2018.

Went 0-for-3 that day on all his FG attempts, and we tied the Packers in overtime.

Contextually, Minnesota was coming off an NFC Championship berth (L to Foles and Philly), just had signed Kirk over Keenum, had Dalvin Cook returning from a torn ACL, essentially thought it had a Super Bowl-caliber team.

They decided to cut their losses with Carlson thinking he’d mess up a potential great season, and signed veteran Dan Bailey, who statistically was one of the most accurate FG kickers of all time.

Instead, they were overvaluing how good they were as a team the whole time: The Vikings finished the season 8-7-1.
