2020-21 NBA Offseason thread: Officially a wrap

Already got more in between game and P&R feel then his bro. He just not strong and low enough right now. But he getting where he wants, until he gets bumped off course. Once his BALL body hits, Issa wrap💪🏾
He definitely need to add a little muscle which will come but bruh is 6’8 180 :sick:

He just isn't good. If he was from an African country instead of NZ, people would be asking about his birth certificate. He's open on rim runs and as a lob threat after setting screens every time and its like they have already learned not to even bother trying it
:rofl:

Steven Adams definitely isn’t 27 years old

As a fan of basketball in general, both players are super talented at their craft — literally world class basketball players.

As a fan of team basketball e.g. team > individuals, Steph has the upper-hand. From what we can see as fans, Harden is more prone to iso and does very well at that.

I'm very much a boring old-school basketball fan. Ball beats man all-day. I don't care if you throw down a 360 dunk, a layup for me will do. I love excellent defensive rotation more-so than an ankle-breaking crossover... probably an edge-cass none the less.. but you get my grip. I like boring basketball.

The talent level between Harden and steph isnt that big.

One guy chooses to play team basketball on both sides of the floor and be a leader. That same guy is also a great teammate willing to sacrifice and get coached .

Missing KP defensively, but man they’re still going to be really good on the other end.

Powell is moving around surprisingly well to me for a guy fresh off an achilles... he looks great.
He's really trying to drive in the first two games off the catch and close out. Got me a little shook, he also tried an above the break 3 off a pick and pop

Who’s mans :{

Gotta add him to the list led by Beasley under guys who would’ve gotten me fired.

Similar to Mudiay you knew the jumper was a project but he just hasn’t been as dynamic off the bounce as you would’ve expected
Wild thing is he looked like a rotational PG as a rookie...Luka came and took the rock out his hands then got traded, it was a wrap for any potential yo had :{

Every couple games he’ll try to dunk on somebody outta nowhere tho :lol , at least he still has that in him

I think some of the deep ball stuff is by design. He was shooting it a little more last year before he got hurt.

Hopefully he settles in, but I think overall he’s moving way better than I expected at this stage.

Nova Scotia's own Nate Darling looks too slow to be in the NBA.

We'll always have the u18 tournament final.

Very well I was very surprised at how confident he was to drive. The thing is... they need his vertical threat. I'm not sure if that is in the cards...

For sure. Will be interesting to see how he progresses with more time on the court and added comfortability and confidence.
