2019 NFL Draft Thread

A year

5 losing seasons in the last 10.. 2 seasons with double digit wins

But this will be the year Giants fans turn on him.. i mean dude has seasons with more INTs than Troy aikman ever threw TDs in a season
I have season tickets. Giants fans are tired of Eli trust.

Yes it went well when the coach who the team got rid of couglin for, tried benching him

Again dude has seasons with 20 or more INTs, last season wasn't one of em.. funny enough last season was his 3rd lowest season for INTs

Foles, and that's probably the direction they are going to go in, but I still wouldn't rule out an geriatric like Couglin deciding to trade for the guy who won him him two SB's.

Your take away from those 2 Super Bowls was that Eli won them?

as of right now is Eli even a better option than bortles?

If jags are going trade for anyone might as well look at keenum.. or Rosen

Rosen honestly didn't even flash once last season, very mundane out there
The Arizona OL gave Rosen no chance. He was sacked 45 times in 14 games, man. Neither McCoy or Leftwich knew how to properly utilize David Johnson. The latter being slightly better than the former. Plus a receiver Rosen liked throwing to, Christian Kirk, went down with a season-ending foot injury in the early part of December.

I'll be honest, I pegged Rosen to be the best QB in the class. It looks like I'm going to be wrong, given the flashes Mayfield, Darnold and Lamar Jackson showed but give Rosen more than a rookie campaign before anyone writes him off as a bust.

FWIW, I find it more likely that Rosen gets traded and the Cards nab Kyler Murray. If Steve Keim can manage to wrangle a pick at the back end of R1 and that's what Pocket Ks wants, you take the deal and run.

What would you give up for Rosen? He played one year and was picked 10. Not a lot of teams looking for a QB so he’s not in demand.
My guess is a team with an older, entrenched starter at QB. One that is willing to be patient in developing Rosen. He has some clear weaknesses from his UCLA days that require correction through coaching. As I said, the Cards's OL was letting him get killed his rookie season but even so, he doesn't throw well under any kind of pressure. Also forces throws and showed less than desired decision-making his three years in Westwood.

Edit:
Perhaps New England. If Bill likes what he sees, #32 for Rosen is an offer Keim and KK probably accept happily.

Patriots should offer that package. Rosen will be ready sooner than ppl think

Yea, he's a guy that likes to push the ball up the field and take chances. People still have it in their mind that he's this hyper efficient guy based on the way he was sold out of HS, but that's never really been the case.

That kind of proves my point, there’s not a big market so NE is probably the only team. Giants didn’t like him, Jags want Foles because he is playoff ready. So they’re not gonna drive the price up against themselves. They have multiple 2nd round and 3rd round picks, I’d offer a few of those and wait

I could definitely see the Patriots being the team to trade for Rosen.

What have I missed so far? Totally forgot coverage was underway at 9AM. Just tuned into NFLN at work.

Whelp hope of Ed Oliver falling might be gone with his measurements

He's too big to stand up & rush, 287 is a light DT, 31 inch arms are short for a DE

Bro stay dinged with random injuries too

Didn’t know Mike Weber was a 4.4 guy! I thought he was slow at Ohio State. Boy was I wrong

pass rushing DT.. once you dont put him right over nose.. put him at the 3 tech and let him go to work.. 1 gap scheme

I understand what his ideal role would be, I was merely commenting on the thought of his measurables alleviating any concerns on the player. His measurables dont stand out against the field

loving singletary's 4.66, hopefully he drops out of the 2nd
