A really good QB that can be inconsistently turnover prone. He’s essentially Tony Romo/Matt Stafford. Those guys have had a lot of haters say they’re bums in the past as well.

Only thing jameis has on either of those two is rape stats

Roethlisberger without the accolades or stats is a better comparison for obvious reasons

Matt Stafford has a below .500 record as a starting QB in the NFL

Jameis has played three seasons and the first two he had undrafted Adam Humphries and Russell Shepard as his top two WR’s outside of Mike Evans and undrafted TE out of Harvard Cameron Brate as his other top target.

His OL has been complete trash, defense has been trash and running game was complete trash besides one year where Doug Martin looked good.

If you wanna talk about this current year’s weapons with Evans, D-Jax, Godwin, Humphries, OJ and Brate then yes absolutely our receiving core is great. And he put up 400 yards passing and 4 TD’s in his first game back. But that means nothing if your defense is giving up an NFL record 35 points per game.
