There's times when it smart not to fire your coach mid-season and there are times when it is. Houston couldnt be any more of a prime example to fire their coach mid-season. Cut to the chase and give your team time to start developing under a new coach while still giving your team a chance to turn it around before its too late as a silver lining. Because Houston has the talent to do so. But everyone knows with BOB they aint doing anything this year and everyone knows he'll eventually be fired. So why not do it right now.
