The homie sent me a 91 and 2019 photo, although his pair has faded a bit.

2019 hits the closest.

The more I sit on the idea that they sold me a pack to “commemorate” the Infrareds in 2010.. with almost nothing right about it.. bothers me.

Infrared shade was off.
Materials were off.
Quality was off.
No 3M.
No Nike Air.

Varsity. Reviews of the 2019 Ive seen said the 2019 is just a little darker than the 2019. The 2000 is noticeably darker than the 2019. Varsity few shades darker than that.

Hopefully someone with all pairs can give an opinion once they drop.

Varsity isnt a version of the infrared, it was its own entity, percieved as a infrared version by the ignorant masses.
If that was the case, they wouldnt of dropped a infrared pack that same yr.

Yeah I thought I remembered seeing comparisons between the 91 and 14 and believe they were close.

Taking the Varsity out completely, I still don’t know if the 2014 is the furthest. Especially since I’ve seen many 91 owners say that in 2014, it was the closest. It was the brightest for sure tho

That pic is grainy and the color is over saturated. If you’re on IG, look at scollard23 profile. He has pics and video from 1991 that show the bright Infrared and the shiny heel. He was one of the main people saying the 2014 was the closest.

The 2014's feel fine to me. Feels better than my French blue 12's and masters. My toes hurt like a mug. They feel big already, no point in sizing up cause they still hurt.

That’s trash.

My CDP XII’s are really comfy IMO. Especially when compared to the XI’s from that pack

All 6’s I’ve owned (other than my DMP’s) felt ok but weren’t good for much other than a quick trip to the mall or the movies.

If you were going a whole day you’d be ready for a better insole for sure.
