Not really, they made improvements by shortening the pre season and spacing out the schedule more. Less 3 in 4s and back to backs
Thru all star break, Injuries were up 30% from the previous year. When they total up the rest at season's end, it's a safe bet that number will have increased.
Band-Aid solutions won't work. The core of the problem is at the grassroots level...so the problem is delicate by nature. The only way the NBA could realistically impact the issue is to shorten the season...and they'll never do that.
