FTL is slick. They open app reservations just when the malls are about to close on the west coast and no one can get codes.

Not just the west coast. I think everything closes early on sundays everywhere. im in the midwest. its 8pm & everything closed before 7pm. Not just malls, foot stores also.

I am new to the whole online reservation thing and would be very appreciative if someone could explain it to me. So I went onto the footlocker app and set my size and store where I want to pick them up. I know that on Friday I will be told whether or not the shoes are actually reserved for me and at that point I can confirm or let them go. I know that people are often waitlisted which is when I get put on a list and get to reserve a pair if others let theirs go. I don’t understand what the 9 minute head start has to do with reserving shoes. What does the head start have to do with reservations? Did I miss anything as to how the online reservation system works?
