while I don't think Pagano is a great coach it's hard to judge him with Irsay and Grigson running the talent part of the team

overrates or not, i think he was a better choice than pagano. dont think colts wanted to deal with the backlash of firing the coach who was battling cancer which i can understand.

I don't think Kyle Shanahan would be a good head coach. He has shown me this year he can be a great OC if he is more flexible with a QB thats capable but I doubt his abilities to be a head coach given his history.

I forgot who said it but not everyone who is a good coordinator makes a great head coach.

They aren't a QB away.
