"Good showing" where they couldn't cover the 17 point spread.

it was a one score game with 12 minutes left in the game

shhh...the box score warriors aint tryin' to hear that

stop trying to pump up that win fam

i ain't pumping up ****. we played like dog****, man :lol

i'm on record saying that MULTIPLE times.

but fumbles are caused by the other team. INTs are caused by the other team. FGs instead of TDs are caused by the other team.

they played better than most thought they would

Bro cmon. Why else is a spread that high? It's because turnovers are anticipated by the Texans throughout the 60 minute match. And the pats are expected to capitalize on those turn overs, which they did.

It isn't being a box score warrior to say the way vegas anticipated this game going happened, regardless of what quarter those turnovers happened :lol

a 16 point spread isn't created because vegas expects the game to be a one score game through 3 quarters. think about it.

yeah it turned out to be an 18 point win. but that did not play out how most of y'all thought it would (from start to finish i mean). be real.

Oh ****, is that when vegas cashes out bets?

what does any of that have to do with them playing a good game.

Sorry I'm not going to give a 34-16 game loser mad props for keeping a game within reach 75% of the game. Lots of teams can play a good 3 quarters then get throttled in the 4th.

The 2H patriots line was begging to get plowed like Lisa Ann after that close first half. It's like teams against Alabama Footballl over the last 7-8 years. Close game til late 3rd/early 4th then you go grab another beer and Bama is up 3 scores.

I will give credit to the Texans defense, those guys kept the team in the game, but like I said, having an offense like that, they literally had little chance of squeaking with a win, and Patriots didn't call any complex plays until the 4th quarter. Once BB AND McDaniels turnt the heat up with their playcalling schemes, Texans were toast.

You do realize the spread is for what the score is expected to be at the end of 60 mins right?

They have separate spreads for each quarter, and each half as well. You can bet on who has a lead by each quarter.

But the 16 point spread was for the entirety of the game. So whether it happened 1 minute into the game, or with 1 minute left, Vegas is saying Brock will throw interceptions and the Patriots will score a **** ton more than the Texans before the clock strikes 0.

No **** they don't know exactly what second of the game Brock is going to **** up they aren't psychics, but they knew he would at some point really badly and he did. :lol

Vegas is smart man. A lot smarter than ESPN or any of these crap *** analysts on the internet. They know what they're doing and tonight's spread proved it, on the money.

you doing too much, no one's giving them mad props. no one gave them a chance all week and they were in the game and they played well.

i feel you
It was just a weird game. Most conservative playcalling I saw from the Patriots in the first half. Game was close, but they were still in control.
I think they are saving those unique plays for the AFC championship. We got a little peek of what they had in the 4th quarter.

How am I doing too much? You seem to have taken offense to a single sentence post I made.

What new information did I get about the Texans in that game that I didn't have before?

They have a nice defense and an incompetent QB. That's what we saw tonight and in the end they got blowed out word to Emmitt.

Outscored 17-3 in the second half.
