From Washington going to Colorado and this dude doesn't understand that alot of places will let you smoke weed even if it says no smoking. Dudes trying to get us staying in a place that people smoke cigarettes in :x

Where did you get the ticket?
If its in the 5 boros you are ****** you cannot plead down. Your best bet is to get a lawyer so they can delay and delay so the cop doesnt show or forgets his paperwork.
Its a 3 point ticket for and the fine is like somewhere near 200 I believe.
If you got it in LI or anywhere else thats not the 5 boros you can plead down if your license is clean to a seatbelt ticket that doesnt carry points and is just a fine.

My license is clean so I was thinking about fighting it but idk if it's worth it. Probably just gonna pay the fine & move on.
